At Eayon Hair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your hair extensions, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of receipt, provided the security seal is intact and the hair has not been worn.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused hair extensions in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective nets are attached exactly as they were delivered.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned items to verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
